Awful experience. This buyer bought 4 bags at a low price and 2 weeks later after using and breaking the zip, claimed the bag was not authentic. Then said the broken bag is not in Singapore and to deal with her sister. Then said her sister does not have the context. Then gave me a 1 star review for not responding to her message within 1 hour. Unreasonable.
I was completely transparent from the beginning and informed the seller that I accidentally broke the zipper. The broken zipper and the bag’s authenticity are two separate issues. I own many Balenciaga bags and have never had a zipper break like this, which made me suspicious. I therefore had the bag authenticated, and it was confirmed to be counterfeit. I bought four bags from the seller at the listed price without negotiating. Three were authentic, but this one was not.
