Such a disgusting seller... who only thinks selfish of herself. Wont give a care whether mover is waiting for u or not. wont give additional no to liaise with. still will ask whether we have sense n will call names like we r nonsense n stuff. look down at us and dont accept her mistake. make my mover wait 40 mins. and worst gave toys without bag and expect mover to bring it and dump it in the boot

Extremely horrible and disrespectful experience. The items were simply thrown out like garbage with absolutely no care, despite knowing I had arranged and paid for Lalamove to collect them. Her attitude and communication were completely unacceptable, and she even had the audacity to call me no sense.” There is no excuse for treating people or their collection arrangements this way. Extremly rude

You’re entitled to your opinion, but the collection was poorly communicated. You booked 10 am but didn’t inform that the first person arriving was collecting on your behalf , not that another Lalamove rider would be coming later. I had also clearly asked the day before for a trolley/large bag as Seen in chat given the quantity of toys shown. First person said he was cancelling so I assumed it was you and it’s cancelled not expecting Lalamove. I kept getting Lalamove calls and hole in meeting.
