Negotiation was fine but very poor communication. Made me wait over an hour past the agreed meet up time. I asked him to tell me 10 min before arriving and he told me when he reached. Waited at a different location, not what we agreed on, so I had to walk a longer way, lugging my item to where he was. Did not tell me he was in a vehicle which would have changed my instructions. Frustrating.
