I got my bts album after 4 months of waiting (good point: it was in a good condition, only the folded poster was kinda ruined but i will put the blame at the shipping process frm KR instead);; i understand that the seller had problems during the whole process but if she consistently update and reply to msgs, i wouldnt be as mad. i think how the seller handled the whole situation was poor. i hope the seller can at least respond and update to the customers after this if anything wrong happened

she took forever to send out my summer package and took forever to reply too. she told me she was having exams and her parents won't help so fine, i waited. finally told me she was going to send out on a certain date. messaged her around 4 days later and asked if she posted my summer package since i couldnt track. didn't post it and blamed it on her mum. finally, my summer package arrived and it was only wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. dents everywhere and a huge crack on the outer box
