This my first negative feedback for anyone on Carousell. I transferred the seller $20 for a pre-order item on 1 Feb, but was not given any update on whether my item has arrived. Three weeks later, I checked in with her. She told me that there would be a delay due to inspection. I waited. On 9 Mar, I still did not hear from her so I requested for a refund. I appreciated that she agreed. However, it's been almost a month but I still have not received my refund despite reminders.
