Offer and Payment made on 11/7/16 Monday, seller said she can only mail on sat due to office hour work. On the 18/7/16, I text the seller asking her when did she send out, she never reply. I asked her on the 19/7/16 again, she said she mailed out on sat without sending a photo of proof or text me that she had sent out on sat. On the 21/7/16, I text her saying that I did not receive the item. She said there's no way for her to track the item, and till today 23/7/16 I never receive the item...
