I preferred xend, fastrack couriers. Setting customer's expectation is important, it's better to give expected time of delivery to the customer.
It's unfair to put blame on the seller for shipment delays. We don't have control over the delivery schedule of the courier. You did not make a special request to use your preferred courier and agreed to pay for the SF of the usual courier I use. No assured delivery date was set. I simply provided usual delivery time for the service i avail- which is next day delivery. Again, I have no control of shipment delays because there's a third party involved.
