Follow-up review
Upon closer inspection after purchase, only 1 out of 4 is as described (17k mileage). The other three is visibly worn out with damages such as chips (rim) and cracks (tyre). It was my fault for not checking on all 4 rims during the purchase. Dishonest seller, imo. Didn't reply to my texts after purchase.
