If she thinks that it wasn’t as described could have rejected on the spot. If you are insistent on your response, feel free to come and refund. If you want i can send you pics. Please tell me why did you mention as NEW when it was used many times. Check your listing and see what you mentioned, have taken screenshot as well. There is so much of pilling near hand and other places which usually comes when you use heavily. Please note all these cant be checked when taking on the spot.
