Unpleasant experience due to: - Slow reply (tho showed keenness to deal) - kept changing locations and gave me 20 mins’ notice - volunteered lower price but retracted saying had a higher offer (hmm...) I agreed to the higher price. - arranged to meet at an unearthly 10.15pm and was late. If not for my daughter, I would have walked away.
