Buyer is polite and patient for willing to wait a week for the deal to take place as I was overseas. But bargained again when offer accepted. I gave her the option to buy from others but she said she will go ahead with our deal. After agreed with the time and location, she backed out again. I am okay if she called off the deal when I offered her to buy from others. Not for the second time when time and place already agreed.
