Seller provide good service. Generally has good communication. Delivery process is good after product arrive in Singapore from HK . Description of product can be more detail. No visible speaker as the sound come from inside laptop. Not advisable to put sound to max. Webcam not at centre. Laptop gets hot n fan sound at times loud.
