Was not understanding when I couldn’t find the item due to the fact that I just moved house and everything is still in a mess even though I offered to refund immediately when I realised I couldn’t find the item.

Excuse me? You did not mention ANYTHING about moving house? You should have checked you had the item before selling it to me and allowing me to pay. You are clearly not understanding of my circumstances when I told you it was a gift and asked about the shipping before buying the item. You are only giving a bad review because I have you a DESERVED bad one.
