Seller had included a "free" item worth $53 in listing, but failed to provide it at point of purchase. When I realised it was missing, i contacted him 1. First claimed there was no such thing (why not delete from your listing?) 2. After sending listing screenshot, he claims they ran out, may come in the next batch 3. Proceeds to MIA, change name 4. MONTHS later, the listing still lists the "free" item 5. MIA, only reply when Carousell contacts him 6. Calls me cheapskate (its $50 dude)
Dishonest buyer, the free item is a remote worth 20 dollars, and explain on the spot of purchase that it’s not available and the buyer agreed to proceed with the purchase, and few month later, suddenly call up to deliver the free item to him immediately, which item is alr not in the market, and he wants to claim some money back

Miscommunication on the meeting time during the actual day of delivery, but all is good. Seller is sincere and willing to assist when faced with issue during the set up of the DJI Care Refresh.
