Prompt in setting up appts and replying queries. aircon was not cold previously, Technician was not able to diagnose at first but was quick to follow up with their aircon repair specialist. the specialist is very experienced and patient to find out the issue. we went ahead with his proposed solution, issue is resolved, aircon is cold again! trustworthy service! will engage them again in future.

Told me don’t need to do a chemical wash as just need to clear the dust that was accumulating inside and soon the aircon was back to normal. Love his honesty. Technician arrived on time and also did a good job! Resolved my aircon not cold problem without progressing with chemical wash as I've a bad experience with Snow Rabbit.. they did chemical wash and damaged my another aircon unit. Told the technician our concerns and he clean up manually with a vac carefully, lastly AH is not pushy in their sales too. Overall a great job done 5⭐
