Hi I’m using the pen as I mentioned, so I’m not fussed. But “brand new” should include:(1) white protective cardboard box (2) there’s a slight dent in the box (3) there ships be a book in the box discussing miles davis? (4) the “new” refill might’ve just been given to me in the packet.

I feel that this review is unjustified and unfair. 1) All the items in the package were clearly displayed in the photos, including the slight dent on the box. But the pen was new and unused. 2) The buyer had inspected the items thoroughly and tried out the pen during the meeting before making the purchase. 3) MB refills come in sets of two. I gave one to the buyer and kept the other (with the package). If the buyer was unsatisfied with the item, she should not have purchased it.
