it's not the issue bro, but the deceit/claim na it was guaranteed authentic. but when tumi store said otherwise, i should, & believe that any buyer, will require a refund. that's the story. having you re-sell it was an option. but you declined both. thus, you need to refund or be tagged as selling counterfeit, fake, replicas & coded. fooling your customer isn't good nor beneficial even to yourself. btw, got 2 clean patches that i tried on your "bag" to resell, w/c is usual.
