The item was returned by buyer, reason is it wasn’t working. I was embarrassed so I offered to give back the money and shoulder the shipping fee. Tested the item when it was returned, it was actually working fine. There was even a miscommunication with the payment of delivery fee. Overall, the buyer was still cooperative.

The seller provided me negative feedback for not proceeding on with the purchase. Saying she did not entertain other customers because the item was marked reserved. But there are two items on the same listing on her page. She proactively marked this reserved without asking me first. I was wrong to make an offer, but as a seller i never proactively marked items. And i dont tell offending comments to my customers should they decided not to continue with the purchase.
