Don't make a deal until you really confirm you want to buy his item. Cause he is freaking(sorry to use this) impatient seller who wants to deal in like a minute? Lol at him. He will leave you a negative feedback if you offer him but did not agree at the last minute. Terrible seller. Bro, you wanna meet up? I hate ppl talking shit on internet. You should be prepared to honor your offer or don't make an offer! I'd call him a horrible buyer but he isn't one. I was willing to accept HUNDREDS of dollars less when I took his offer. He just offers to see his low people will lower their price. It's amazing that he still has an account. People like him can ruin a great sites like this!
