Got a fake counterfeit perfume, tried to resolve but seller deny. Carousell protect also useless. Seller knows the loopholes in Carousell Protect, purposely delay more than 9 days then no more Carousell protect. Cheaters all of them. Buy at your own risk.

Second, do note that I've been trying to ask for reasons and proof of why you insist that it is a counterfeit - of which you can't provide. Third, I've made moves to resolve the issue repeatedly, but you were the one who insisted to report to Carousell and not liaise with me. If you can't prove yourself, please do not accuse. Thank you.
