After receiving discount of almost 9k of her purchases, she asks another 9k of additional discounts because she said to have found cosmetic flaws on the item despite of the videos, photos that were sent to her prior in making any payment + watch strap as freebie worth 2,600 pesos

This account his harrassing by taking picture of a privately owned property and threatening people with no substance. The propert's cctv had captured the person involved in the incident and will take legal action for such harrassment.
3 months ago (edited)I am disappointed by the seller's characterization of this transaction. The issue remains that the items received did not match the condition shown and described prior to payment, specifically regarding severe defects that were not disclosed. Furthermore, contrary to the seller's claims, I have already returned the 'freebie' watch strap in question to them. My attempts to resolve this issue privately were met with a refusal to address the defects, followed by being blocked. I stand by the facts
