購買前，請注意尺寸。磨刀石是天然石材，絕不含化學成份，可放心使用，由於天然石材，缺角或花痕難免，如果石面不平整，可用兩塊石互相磨擦打磨，磨刀效果更為理想。磨石目數越大微粒越幼细，目數越少微粒越粗。磨刀方法以先粗後幼為主。一般菜刀;魚生刀要2000目或以上。要求更鋒利的要先用2000目,再用5000目或再10000目。如果刀具太鈍，可先用粗石，如400目打磨。常用2000目以上保養刀具，可讓厨刀持久鋒利。荃灣地鐵或西鉄線交收。 Settlement in Tsuen Wan，Yuen Long.
