Dishonest & unethical. Bot $1800 printer that was faulty. The error code of the printer only show after several seconds of 1 printing page. I did check during txn, problem is error dont show immediately. During test, it came out fine but issue only appear several seconds after printing. Purchase was made with condition it was working but obviously it’s not. N the description state 9/10! I had to spend $215 for repair and offer to split the repair cost. Request ignored several times. Felt cheated
