So-called buyer asked many questions which I responded. He/she asked for reduced price and I agreed. He/she made offer and we arranged to meet. He/she did not turn up and said would collect the next day. On the next day, I waited and he/she said he/she was injured and could not make it. Many days had passed and totally MIA. Sigh...
