Transaction was stressful. Out of 2 blushes ordered, 1 got damaged in transit. Buyer refused to accept it was a courier issue and insisted I was at fault ( packed with a bubble wrap). I filed a report with J&T and they verified with the buyer that the package was bubble wrapped. Demanded refund and was hard to reason with despite evidence. Did not even provide unpacking video. Cursing too lol
