Buyer failed to inform beforehand that only 1 man mover going to pick up the mattress and bed frame. I had to struggle to help to carry the heavy items.
Yes that's correct, I had a communication breakdown with my delivery driver. My fault that one. Doesn't change fact I received a mattress that smells of urine and was covered up with a quick air freshener job. It smells like a London bridge underpass. The fact you sell adult diapers on your page explains a lot - I should have considered that more deeply.
