Responsive 👍 Not punctual (30mins late) 👎 All was good prior to the after-sale experience. Any inconveniences caused to buyer is greatly regretted. Buyer's "negative" experience could have been avoided if she had inspected the sale item (in seller's presence) before making the purchase. I hope we can rectify this matter mutually. ‼️Pls note that I had requested buyer to return the item asap & to send me photos of the defects for me to rectify it but up to 02/8/18, she has not done so. 👎👎👎
Actually the fact is seller also have to do ur part as checking first before u give to buyer and seller must make sure there is no defective and not only take advantage and push the responsibility to seller and put as one sided blame. I really felt regretted and couldn't use for the safety of my daughter and her fellow birthday friends this Saturday 4th August. I still feel this seller is not responsible for checking first before.
