Seller refunded rm200 but I still have to absorb rm17 postage fees due to her negligence in checking the condition of baju. If defects are told to me & I can tolerate that, I don’t mind paying. It’s very frustrating when you paid for “no defects” claimed item and actually received defective one. 😔 Thanks anyway. 🙏🏻

2 years ago (edited)Just told customer before posting if u find the item not satisfied i will refund the item price only not with postage cost. Also told the item was used not new like buy at the butik.
