Rockybear was very helpful and responsive. After I messaged to ask if delivery could be arranged by the 28th next week, they kindly offered same-day delivery instead, which I truly appreciated. Communication with Rockybear was easy and pleasant throughout the process. I also appreciate their effort in providing the instruction manual since I did not require immediate setup. They even reassured me.
