The buyer offered the price, I accepted but the next day he changed his mind and decided not to buy
Offered was made and accepted. Agreed to COD and item was reserved but end up deciding not to purchase after I reminded on the COD time a day before meet up. Made no effort to inform me earlier. Please honour the decision made & only agree to purchase of you are 100% to purchase.
