Overall buyer was pleasant and friendly, but a internet watch pro. Trusted info online than, Mr Lim (watchhour) or RSC initial assessment. Considering it will be waste of time to deal, i offered to cancel the deal and buyer accepted.
Follow-up review
We initially agreed to meet at Top Hour on 5/8 monday at 6pm to let Mr Lim authenticate the watch. Suddenly today after reading info online and decided to meet at RSC to authenticate, i replied “Sure, meaning as long as rolex take in the watch for service. We will deal?” His condition of sale was to payme upon receiving the quotation. Obviously he does know RSC takes weeks to revert w/ quotation.
2 years ago (edited)***My concern**** because i look at photo send to me, the FONT “3” serial number on the case is ROUND head “3” and those I found in the internet are all FLAT head “3” (or at least I have not seen any ROUND) So I suggest let’s send RSC. I’ll pay RSC, watch will register under seller’s name. Once it is cleared I’ll pay him immediately. My first thoughts is to protect seller all corners. I also suggest to give each other 5 stars review but we end up writing these avoidable self explanatory.
