Do not deal with this buyer. Out of good faith let him reserve without any deposit for a week. Collection supposed to be on 19/01/2024 Friday. Last minute called and say only next week can collect. But will put 50% deposit. End up MIA. Don’t reply messages nor pick up calls. Deal at your own risk. Definitely time waster. Don’t bother dealing with such buyer unless you have ample of time on hand.
