Hotel room listed for a month at $450. No buyer. Description said nego so I asked for $400. Seller said $430. After I accepted, seller tells me the hotel voucher will expire in a month which I did not expect. So I asked for $400 again since the expiry was so short. Seller straight away says deal is cancelled. Not sincere seller even though he asks for sincere buyers. Emotional and unrealistic.
