Mm, relatively fast response, though mode of payment can be more flexible? Postage was very prompt. Package and updates are good. Everything is fine so far!

Thanks for the feedback. It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience as I strive always to be accurate in my listings. Contrary to what buyer said, item was tested only to ensure that it was functional to be sold, but is otherwise never used. I offered to take the product back with a full refund to remedy his unhappiness. I offered that he could return within 2 days, but he wanted to do so a few weeks later. I hope we will be able to communicate better next time to understand expectations.
