I called 9 other laptop repair shop asking if they had screws for an M.2 SSD drive. Surprisingly, not a single one had them - could have been they were unwilling to make such a small transaction. This carouseller said I could come to their store. When I got there, even though I called much earlier in the day, they remember my request. They put customer service as a top priority and everyone appears to enjoy working there. They actually gave me the screw. They didn't charge me!

One more time , they came to my laptop rescue. My laptop was having issues and after i tried a few fixes the problem was not getting resolved and hence I took my laptop to them.
