To expound, do not waste your time transacting with this buyer. She sends offers when interested in an item and refuses to message after (weeks). Moreover she claims that she was busy and states that she no longer needs the item after. Buyer can't even type or communicate properly so that's a hassle too. You might reap a little sense from this person if she's the seller at the very least.
