You should be the one reading back the messages. You were the one who stated 7pm. If it was your child who you had to pick up you wouldn't have put 7pm from the very start. I did say 6-6.30. I was only 5 mins late. either way you did not give a proper address for me to go to collect the item. Just because of 5 minute issue, you shout at a mother who has to take care of her children. No etiquette whatsoever.
