The Sony rx1r i bought from this seller has an issue with the pasm dial. The mode jumps from one to another or it gets stuck in one mode even when you turn the dial around. Now the issue has worsened. It's also my fault as i did not thoroughly checked the item. However it should be the seller's obligation to disclose such issues. Messaged seller and he seen it but never replied back anymore.

To be fair, I have totally no issue with the camera while I’m using it and I didn’t rush you while you test the camera. The issue that you have mentioned doesn’t exist when I owned it. The issue appear after you have owned it , which is one week later, is a clear sign that you have did something to damage the camera. And you still have the cheek to ask for full refund.
