Delayed payment time and again, until I got so fed up. Totally doesn't respect others' timeline. Halfway suddenly told me he will only pay $50 out of $150 first which isn't what we agreed on as well. What a waste of time.

If only buyer can show up and pick up his phone. He could be very busy or working that it's hard to deal with him. Moving a sofa and getting MSCT approval, etc is also a lot of coordination. Pls understand also.
