Driver had a difficulty finding my delivery address which is a high stress situation for some. The deal was going well until this happened and unfortunately I was on the receiving end of his very angry texts on WhatsApp. It's not also my fault that the driver assigned was rude and impatient, then later pass on the stress to me, regardless how many times I apologised (not even my fault) 🤷🏻♂️
Thanks! You forgot to mentioned that I organise the transport (initially buyer wanted to) and that I through in free stuff like capsule holder and descaling solution. Grab driver was obviously annoyed because he could not find the address and buyer did not answer his phone as he was asleep as he told me himself. I offered a great deal and think the rating is not justified. Does not matter, I strongly believe in Karma.
Very generous and patient seller. I was late and though he was busy, allowed me to come anyway and even gave the shoes for free. Really recommended, thank you very much :D
