updating because I was wrong in my original review and the seller was less understanding than expected. I admit there was a 7 hour lapse between my offer and cancelling my offer, however, circumstances are as such and half a day to an entire day lapse are not rare on Carousel. Evening times are busy for a mum with no help and I thought a fellow parent might understand. 🤷🏻‍♀️
