Buyer accused me of selling shoes that are spoilt. FYI shoes were perfect, both soles intact during transaction. Buyer's husband even held the shoes and looked at its size, also put it against their child's feet. The next day, buyer said the sole came off amd wanted a refund. The soles came off only after wearing the shoes under their care, yet they accuse me of selling shoes that is already spoiled??? I am fair enough to offer partial refund yet buyer refused. Thanks for the accusation.
