Before I purchase the shoes I double check with the seller if size 7 same as EUR 37 she say same. But when the shoes came it was too big for my size. She offer if I want to return and I said yes. But she can only refund when. The shoes will arrive. I pay the registered mail for 6.10 with my own pocket money but when she refunded me my money never give me the exact amount which is unfair to my side

Hello! Based on the Michael Kors website, the size conversion is US 7/EU37. The EU conversion was not stated on the shoe box and only the US size was stated so that was the only info I had. Sorry that it didn’t fit! As for the return shipping fee, I was not aware that you paid $6.10 and after I returned you the amount, you said “received with thanks” and didn’t mention the fee in our private chat. I wish you had discussed with me privately instead of airing your grievances on a public review.
