Buyer promised to purchase the item and I purposely made an arrangement to liaise with my friend in Spore (I'm a Malaysian). Tried to make an arrangement to COD in Spore but he said couldn't make it at the last minute and he'll rearrange with my friend. I then followed up with him a week later and he said he DOES NOT WANT IT anymore. Not even a text message to inform earlier. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

Say want meet up then last minute say what "my father never put money for me" when he say he working. Don't even dare to reply. The worst thing is we reached bukit batok already then he say no money. DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK WITH THIS FELLA.
