Seller will not going to replace damage phone.he gave me used and damage phone.so sad....The sony service center in the philippine says that the phone has already open and its not brand new.there is no warranty sealed in the screw and one screw lacking on it.defect unit you sold to me.
I asked her to send me the phone I will replace instead she goes and repairs and breaks it even further. sorry cant replace that. She is totally at fault and I am bieng the victim here because she cannot follow simple instructions. She bring to fake sony shop who change her phone and now she blaming me. I asked her to send it back to me but she go and get scammed by fake sony shop.
