This is one of my most delightful transactions on Carousell as the seller went above and beyond. I was the impatient buyer who needed a kebaya in short notice and seller was so concerned about making sure I get the right fit and even arranged the delivery promptly so that I can get the kebaya in time. Baju kurung came w needle & thread still attached to tag.. Shocked bcos even my SHEIN clothes not like that. Listing stated “thick pleated material” but it’s thin.. You get what you pay for but I bought First Lady baju kurung for cheaper & better material. Running a business isn’t easy but I feel it’s impt to be transparent. Hope this can be improved. Their professionalism is a redeeming factor

With regards to the fabric, the description is generally based on previous feedbacks from customers who would have preferred them thinner than this due to our humid weather, but the fabric texture(being moderately thick) is meant to hold the shape.
