Quality of chair is deteriorating within a month day by day…I hardly used it.There was already one crack on left arm of chair which is increasing day by day..not mentioned in description.Never thought that crack will increase that much.

I did a check and taken a photo before handing over the chair, it didn’t have the crack. I don’t think you should wait for 4 months after usage before sharing there was an issue with the item. If you have shared since 1st wk, I would have gladly given you a refund. This time round I offered an exchange out of goodwill. But you ended up giving a bad review. Pls don’t go around spreading negativity on such great platform like Carousell!
