The items arrived safely to my home in a few days. They were new and of great quality. Furthermore, she added a few extra goodies like washi tape samples and pieces of sequins. My only criticism would be the time taken to wait for a response. It would be better if she replied quickly but I understand that everyone is busy. It doesn't bother me a whole lot. I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to repurchase.
