thanks for fast and smooth transaction

Received item not in good condition. Stains on item which cannot be washed away, and didn’t inform me. When told, she say she didn’t realise. Paid extra for postage & told her to inform once mailed out. She went to leave item in a market yellow plastic hung outside the gate of my house. Item could have been stolen. This is honestly cheating me, firstly for postage and secondly for condition of item. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

according to the seller, conditons of the item is 9/10 and without stain. when i recieved the item, conditons quite bad, with fur balls on most parts of the swaddle and stains.
