Very unreasonable and immature buyer. Our terms of service state that the warranty for the service only lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Despite agreeing to the terms by making a purchase, the buyer asked us to give him a one-time excuse to provide a warranty, even though the warranty had expired. He called us a scammer🤣when we had clearly stated the terms. Please avoid this buyer/seller.
1 year ago (edited)I’ve never had to leave a 1-star review until now. Your service was misleading—I followed all your instructions and still got banned just after your 7-day warranty ended. Convenient timing. Refusing any support beyond that, despite knowing bans can be delayed, shows a lack of integrity. Hiding behind strict terms doesn’t make it right. I stood by my end—you didn’t. Own up instead of deflecting blame. Buyers deserve better.
